management company, is counsel and consultant to numerous
private clubs and has served as president and a board member of
private clubs. Mr. Somers concentrates in golf and recreational

Peter A. Somers is a graduate of Marietta College and Emory
University Law School and is a member of the New Jersey and
American Bar Associations. Peter has concentrated in labor and
employment law for over 35 years. Peter is licensed to practice in
New Jersey and is also admitted to practice before the Third Circuit
U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to
his expertise in traditional labor law matters (union avoidance, labor
negotiations and grievance arbitrations), he possesses extensive
experience in appearances before federal and state administrative
agencies including the NLRB, EEOC, OSHC, and the U.S.
Department of Labor. Peter has served as lead spokesperson in
negotiations with health care and industrial labor organizations and
represented hospitals in labor arbitration proceedings, formulating,
implementing and application of Human Resources Policies.
